During this process, NovaTech can, and does offer material selection, detail and specification assistance and regularly presents value engineering (cost reducing) alternatives for construction.

Typically, companies purchasing material-only packages do not have the option of having shop drawings/submittal drawings included as part of the purchase. Not so at NovaTech. Our customers can have professionally detailed shop drawings included as part of their purchase. Our in-house project managers oversee the drawing process, assuring that the drawings depict the proper scope and that the details are approved by the various manufacturers! At NovaTech, we make it easy!

NovaTech is unique in that not only do we do offer shop and submittal drawings, we also offer state-of-the-art digital scan services as part of the material-only package. This service assures the building’s measurements and dimensions are exact and that the subsequent panel materials fit the actual as-built, real-life site conditions! This is an invaluable benefit to our customers and the installers love it! Projects go faster and smoother when digital scanning is utilized!

When customers purchase material-only packages from NovaTech, they get an additional service that no one else can offer! That is, each sale has a professional, experienced project manager assigned whose sole responsibility is to look after customers’ orders and ensure that the customer expectations are met. Our project managers are real, experienced pros, not A.I. bots!
